In the third link, there is a comment regarding the domains we could use for sending text messages through email.

  • AT&T: @mms.att.net
  • Sprint: @pm.sprint.com
  • T-mobile: @tmomail.net
  • Verizon: @vtext.com

Before ‘@’, we need to put the receiver’s phone number, which is in this case our phone number. (As you may notice, I am doing this to know when a long calculation is finished.)
