New York Central Park has got 56 inches of snow this winter until present. I couldn’t help taking this as a good chance to take some photos of snow.
Many people wrote something on snow.
Most time in the park, I walked on snow, which might be as least 50 cm higher than the ground. It gave me the difference in seeing things around.
And luckily, a rare encounter with a big bird.
When I was passing by Great Lawn, I had to enter the lawn, although I saw later a sign saying that the lawn is closed for season. It was filled with snow. Someone made big balls of snow, but I couldn’t see any snowmen.
Snow and the absence of leaves, together with less people, made Central Park a quite different place. But still, there were so many people running, walking, and even cross-country skiing.
